On December 30th, we played a show with Smile Empty Soul, Howitzer, Black Metal Box, and Almost Never Real.

Global Onslaught

PoorWater is being featured on a new global music website called Global Onslaught. The purpose of Globalonslaught.com is to "[bring] you some of the best new acts from around the world and promote their music on our website. As well as [their] music blogs, exclusive interviews, and podcasts." Check out PoorWater's page on their website here. PoorWater's music will also be featured on their upcoming podcast.


No Label AZ Radio

For the past three weeks, PoorWater has been #1 on the No Label AZ Radio weekly top ten countdown with our song "Existential Crisis." This has been thanks to our awesome fans voting for us! This week, we're asking fans to vote for the song, "Dagger." To vote for PoorWater go here (near the bottom of the page). On Friday, we will be interviewed on www.nolabelazradio.com on the Chris and Jen Show (starts at 6 p.m. AZ time).


Martini Ranch Show
On Saturday we played our first show at Martini Ranch in Scottsdale. This was an exciting show because we filmed part of our music video during the set!

New Show Announcement
This week, we are announcing a new show!

PoorWater Update

                                           

The last couple of months have all been about releasing our new CD! After recording our tracks and then going through the mixing and mastering process, we had to create the album art. Devin and I went to the craft store and got some masks, and then Devin burned them.

Each of the three masks is symbolic of something, but you'll have to figure that out for yourself ;)

After the masks were finished, Devin, Bill, James, and I went out to the desert to photograph the album art. We brought out two giant jugs of water to wet the desert floor.

 In this picture, James poured water from one of the jugs into the mud to create splashes.

On December 2nd, we had our album release party at the Marquee Theatre. Bill took some awesome pictures for us:

We've started to get some radio play! Check us out on DJ Cynfully Luscious' show on www.hardrockradiolive.com on Friday nights from 8 to 9 p.m. EST (6 to 8 p.m. Arizona time) .
